Summary
GoldenWest Management is a team that specializes in residential property management for Single Family Homes through Mid-sized Apartment Complexes in Arizona, California and Nevada. GoldenWest Management needed help with graphic design work and to rebrand their print materials to hand out at their various locations. Magentiv joined GWM in Late 2017 and has continued to work with them updating their graphics and print designs. Using updated imagery, layouts, and proper design techniques, Magentiv was able to help GWM with their graphic design needs.

Challenge
GoldenWest Management outsourced their graphic design work to other vendors. Their main concern was the turn-around time the projects were being completed as well as communication with the vendors.
Solution
Magentiv took over a few print projects by creating replicas of old pdf files with new imagery and text. Redesigning the layouts came months after the replicas were created. Working with the GoldenWest Marketing Manager we came up with a few final pieces that were ready for distribution and print.
